First payments are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final payment. Prices are subject to change due to inflation. Trial payments are to be paid directly to stylist on trial date. Outstanding event payment to be paid 2 weeks before the event to your stylist. Cancellations two months before event date 50% of final balance due. Cancellations one month from event date 75% of final balance due. Cancellations 7-14 days before the event date 100% of final balance due. The stylist must be notified of any changes in services including quantity as soon as possible. The artist will do their best to accommodate changes however the artist has the right to refuse changes/additions to the booking. To secure a date a first payment must be paid. The first payment will be stated on the quote. Services should be paid for in full at the time of service. The person responsible for paying the final bill is the person who agreed to the terms and conditions. Clients should be on time and available for the full-service time. Delays to the service should not be made by the client. Where parking fees occur, an additional charge may be added to the final bill for the client. Travel fees may occur due to the location of the client and the stylist’s base. Cancelations: In the event of a client cancelling the services before an event, the client will not receive a refund of the first payment. Limitation of liability: The client holds the artist harmless of any claim, loss, damage or injury to any person or property, arising either directly or indirectly, from the artists performance. Skin conditions and allergies should be reported to the artist by the client. Amy Brown Makeup & Co / the artist may use any images of videos from the event to use on their website, social media etc. The client also agrees to release the name and contact details for photographers and videographers of the event that the artist supplied services for. In the event that the client fails to pay any periodic or instalment payments due, the artist may cease work without breach pending payment or resolution of dispute. The artist shall not be liable for any delay or non-performance due to circumstances beyond the artist’s control. The artist is an independent contractor and not an employee of the client. The client understands that the client will be financially responsible for themselves, along with the bridal party and all first payments are non-refundable
